A small Charlotte-based team that lives and breathes hospitality. Ran by Teri Trifiletti, a licensed North Carolina Real Estate Broker who is Fully Licensed with real estate investing and management experience. What started as one well-loved home has grown into a curated portfolio of properties across the city we call home. Every stay is hand-managed by us. No call centers, no franchise playbook, just neighbors hosting neighbors (and out-of-towners we hope become regulars).
