Question 1

What's included in my stay?

Every Simply Home Host property comes fully stocked with fresh linens, towels, toiletries, a well-equipped kitchen, high-speed WiFi, and a welcome guide with local recommendations. Some homes include extras like kayaks, fire pits, or hot tubs. Check your listing for specifics.

Question 2

How do I check in?

Accepted Answer

We use keyless, self-check-in at all of our properties. You'll receive a detailed access code and arrival instructions 24 hours before your stay. No waiting around, no awkward key exchanges, just arrive and settle in.

Question 3

Can I bring pets?

Accepted Answer

Some of our homes are pet-friendly! Look for the pet-friendly tag on individual listings, or reach out to us directly and we'll help you find the right fit for you and your furry friend. A small pet fee may apply.

Question 4

What's your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Our cancellation policy varies by property and booking platform. Most of our homes offer flexible or moderate cancellation options. We recommend reviewing the specific policy on your booking confirmation, or contacting us if you have questions about a reservation.

Question 5

How do I book directly?

Accepted Answer

You can browse our properties right here on our website and book directly with us. Booking direct often means the best rates, direct communication with our team, and a more personal experience from start to finish. Just find a home you love and select your dates.
